Time Frame

All our Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are then handed over to our courier partner for delivery to your provided address. If your order is placed via Cash on Delivery, you will get 100% refund and if its by any Online Payment Method, a 2.5% processing fee will be deducted and other amount will be credited to your corresponding account.

• Difference- If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape, or color) from the item image on our website.
• Missing- If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.
• Not Functional- If the product delivered to you is dead on arrival, this could occur in items with batteries or requiring electrical sources (like clocks, lights, and bulbs).
