Please note that we would only consider difference in image from the real world image that we have included in the gallery of product. Stock images won’t be considered as an example for difference in product as they are clicked under professional conditons.
Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 04 (Four) days of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
If your order is placed via Cash on Delivery, you will get 100% refund and if its by any Online Payment Method, a 2.5% processing fee will be deducted and other amount will be credited to your corresponding account.

Returning an Item
You can return an item within 7(Seven) days of delivery. Return requests wont be accepted after 7 days of delivery of product.
WHATS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
- Damaged – If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. If any part of the decor or furnishing item is broken, you are eligible for return.
- Defective – If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.
- Difference– If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website.
- Missing– If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.
- Not Functional– It the product delivered to you is dead on arrival, this could occur in items with batteries or requiring electrical sources (like clocks, lights and bulbs).
Please Note that any Issues from Customer end wont be covered in Return Policy.
Initiate Returns Request

To raise a return request, you should click 2-3 clear photographs of the item in question. Below are the guidelines to follow while taking the photographs.
- 1-2 images should clearly show the entire product and 1-2 images zoomed-in on the damaged/defective area such that the relevant concern is visible.
- The image file size should not exceed 10 MB
Send an email to [email protected] with the Reasons and photos for the product.
- Once we receive the images, YF Decor team will connect with you within 24 hours.
- Please retain the original packaging of the product, along with user manual, warranty slip and other accessories to ensure a successful pick-up.
- A product scheduled for return pick-up will be picked up by the logistic partner from the original shipping address of the order, within 96 hours of initiation of the return pick-up request.
Mode of Payments
- Once the item is cancelled, the refund is processed after the product has been picked up from the delivery location.
- You can choose to get your refund either in the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets or UPI Account).
Once the refund is initiated, the refund amount gets credited to your selected mode of payment in 7-10 business days. The refund timeline for various modes is provided below.

There are two category of refund requests.
- Product is having any issue that is mentioned above. For better understanding we call that Category A.
- Any other reasons to return apart from that.
