Time Frame

All our Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are then handed over to our courier partner for delivery to your provided address. Shipping Partners may take around 5-6 working days based on your location. In Standard situations, you will get your product within 7 working days. Additional delays due to shipping partners may occur in very few cases.

Number of Orders

Cancellations and Returns

Time Frame

If you change your mind after placing an order for a product, you can cancel the order within 96 hours. Any cancellation after that won't be entertained.

FEES

If your order is placed via Cash on Delivery, it will be cancelled as it is and if its by any Online Payment Method, a 2.5% processing fee will be deducted and other amount will be credited to your corresponding account.

Returns

Time Frame

You can return an item within 7(Seven) days of delivery. Return requests won't be accepted after 7 days of delivery of the product.

Please note that we would only consider difference in image from the real world image that we have included in the gallery of product. Stock images won't be considered as an example for difference in product as they are clicked under professional conditons.

In case of customised design and size, returns are not supported.

Eligibility for Return

Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. If any part of the decor or furnishing item is broken, you are eligible for return.
Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening, etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.
Difference- If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape) from the item image on our website.
Missing- If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.
Not Functional- If the product delivered to you is dead on arrival, this could occur in items with batteries or requiring electrical sources (like clocks, lights, and bulbs).
