Time Frame
If you change your mind after placing an order for a product, you can cancel the order within 96 hours. Any cancellation after that won't be entertained.
FEES
If your order is placed via Cash on Delivery, it will be cancelled as it is and if its by any Online Payment Method, a 2.5% processing fee will be deducted and other amount will be credited to your corresponding account.
Returns

You can return an item within 7(Seven) days of delivery. Return requests won't be accepted after 7 days of delivery of the product.

- Difference- If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape) from the item image on our website.
- Missing- If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.
- Not Functional- If the product delivered to you is dead on arrival, this could occur in items with batteries or requiring electrical sources (like clocks, lights, and bulbs).
Processing of Refunds
Refunds are only processed after the product is delivered to our warehouse. 5-7 business days after getting the bank details, refund is processed.
